STANDARD SHIPPING
Shipments are sent from Marilao, Bulacan. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details and tracking number. Check your inbox and spam folder for our email notifications. Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same-day delivery option via Grab Express, Lalamove, etc. is available upon checkout. Buyer will be notified when their order is ready for pickup via email. Buyer shall book the pickup and shoulder delivery fee.
Our studio is located in Novaliches, Quezon City. Full address and contact information will be sent in the "Ready for Pickup" email.
WAIT FOR OUR “READY FOR PICKUP” EMAIL
Do not book pickup unless you receive a “Ready for Pickup” email. Buyer is expected to book the pickup within 30 minutes to an hour after receipt.
BOOK PICKUP UNDER THE SAME FULL NAME USED IN ORDERING
OR if ordering for another person, kindly leave the order ID (found in the confirmation email) in the notes section to the rider for reference. This is to make sure that we are handing over the correct items.
ONLY BOOK RIDERS WITH INSULATED BAG
To make sure that your order will not get damaged, wet, and soiled during rainy/hot days, kindly only book riders with insulated bag.
CONFIRM WITH US FOR AVAILABILITY FIRST IF RESCHEDULING
Do contact us first via email or iMessage/text to let us know your new preferred date & time for the pickup. Please do not book pickup if we have not yet agreed to the new date/time.
