  • Returns and refunds are only applicable to incomplete, wrong, or defective items. For returns involving incorrect items, the products must be undamaged and unused.

     

    You have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

     

    Eligibility Requirements for Returns:

        •    The item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unused and in its original packaging.

        •    Unsealed or unwrapped packaging is acceptable as long as the product remains intact and undamaged (if applicable).

     

    Please note that items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • If an item is missing from your order, you may choose between receiving a refund for the missing item(s) or having them shipped (subject to availability). Any additional shipping costs will be covered by Serrine.

  • Defective items do not include products damaged during shipping (e.g., broken or shattered). To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused and in their original packaging (unsealed or unwrapped is acceptable if the product remains intact). Buyers can choose between a refund or a replacement upon returning the item. Please note that returns must be authorized before sending items back; unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Return shipping fees for qualified claims will be covered by Serrine.

  • If you received wrong item(s), you have the following options:

        1.    Keep the Wrong Item

        •    If the value of the wrong item is less than the correct one, you are entitled to a refund for the difference.

        •    If the wrong item’s value is equal to or greater than the correct one, no additional payment or refund will apply.

        •    If you wish to keep the wrong item and receive the correct one, additional payment equal to the value of the wrong item will be required.

        2.    Return the Wrong Item

        •    The item must be in the same condition as received: unused and in its original packaging (unsealed or unwrapped is acceptable if the product remains intact).

        •    Once the returned item is accepted, the correct item will be shipped, subject to availability.

     

    Shipping Fees: All shipping costs related to qualifying transactions will be covered by Serrine.

     

    Important Notes:

        •    Returns or exchanges must meet the conditions outlined above.

        •    Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense, without a refund.

        •    Items that show signs of use or wear upon inspection will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

     

    We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
