Same-day delivery is available at checkout for Metro Manila addresses and other nearby provinces. Simply select “Same Day Delivery” as your shipping option. We accept cards, and bank/e-wallet transfers. For cards, we use PayPal. You don't have to register to be able to pay. You only have to input your card details through their secure system. For bank/e-wallet transfer, you may refer to payment instructions here.

We ship out orders 1-3 business days depending on the volume of orders we receive. Expect later ship out during holiday season, promotional and sale dates. For Luzon addresses, delivery can take 1-4 days on top of the ship out days. For Visayas and mindanao, it can take 5-14 days.

We welcome fragrance requests from our customers and collect them to understand which scents you’d love us to recreate. However, not all requests will be made, as it serves more as a poll to guide our future releases. You may send your requests here. If you’re particularly passionate about a specific fragrance and you want us to make it, let us know. Please note, we require a minimum quantity to move forward with the creation. We do accommodate bulk orders with discounts at minimum purchase of 20pcs. We also accept custom orders — custom scent request (we will try our best to recreate your desired fragrance), custom label, or packaging, or sets. Shoot us a DM via Instagram and give us more information so we can give a detailed quote.
